These are the most consistently excellent low to mid-priced adapters in the market. I now have four of these: the FD, MD, Leica M, and M42. All to Sony E mount. You need to have bought a dozen different cheapies from auction sites to realize how good these are. And I was also gifted a pricey Kipon adapter. And guess what? The K&F is just as good. I don't find the fact that it overshoots infinity a bit. Frankly, I think the distance markings on most cameras are at best rough guidance. I use focus peaking and magnification to do all my serious focusing, and I never use autofocus lenses. And once you've used a lens, it's easy to remember where infinity really is. I'm more bothered by adapters that don't allow you to hit infinity at ALL (common with cheap M42 adapters). These are well built and well finished. Just compare the LM to Sony adapter to the Voigtlander one that sells 10x to 12x the price. I don't see a real difference. Nothing is perfect, but at the price these sell for (around 20 bucks or less) they're totally worth it. Buy two before they figure out they can raise the price.And I only wish they made clones of the LAEA4 autofocus adapter. I bet they could do a spectacular job for under a hundred bucks.
