Great backpack for small DSLRs and mirrorless cameras
I just got back from an overnight trip to the mountains and all I took was this camera bag (meaning I took more camera gear than I did clothes). I was very happy with this bag and was surprised with how well it works for my needs.First off, this bag is great for small DSLRs or mirrorless cameras, but probably isn't big enough for large DSLRs or large mirrorless cameras. I took my Sony a6500, which is nice and small, so it fit easily. But I took some of my full-frame lenses with me and they barely fit. The 70-200 was especially a tight fit, but I WAS able to get it in the bag.One of my favorite things about the bag, when compared to other camera backpacks I've used, is that the tripod holder doesn't drop below the bottom of the backpack. That allows me to put the backpack on the ground without it falling over. With other bags where the tripod mount goes below the bottom of the backpack, my backpack falls over when I set it down, due to the tripod sticking out.The inside of the bag is a nice, soft material, with configurable spacers. Like I mentioned before, it fits small lenses really well, but is a bit small for large lenses, like those used for full-frame cameras. It looks very stylish and feels like it is constructed with quality materials. The shoulders and back are padded nicely, so it is very comfortable to wear.
